Online Coaching with Accountability
Personalised strength programming combined with regular check-ins to support consistency, confidence, and progress.
This option provides structured, menopause-informed strength training with accountability — without the need for weekly in-person sessions. Your programme is adapted based on feedback, energy levels, and how your body responds, so it continues to support you as you get stronger.
Ideal if you want expert guidance and support in a flexible format.
