Aroha Fitness operates from my private, welcoming home studio in Paraparaumu Beach and at City Fitness in Paraparaumu. I have created a safe, inclusive environment where women of all ages and fitness levels can thrive.

My Story
I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and live their best lives. The journey of Aroha Fitness began in 2015 in the UK with a desire to create a welcoming, inclusive fitness community in my hometown of Tewkesbury. What started as Tewkesbury Pilates has since evolved into Aroha Fitness.

I now work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, offering personalised personal training tailored to individual needs. With years of experience supporting women through menopause and helping older adults stay strong and active, I bring both expertise and empathy to every session. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve fitness, lose weight, or simply feel more confident in your body, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
