My Story

I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and live their best lives. The Aroha Fitness journey began in the UK in 2015 with a desire to create a welcoming and inclusive fitness community in my home town of Tewkesbury. What was Tewkesbury Pilates has now evolved into Aroha Fitness. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, providing personal training, Pilates and fitness sessions. I have several years of experience working with menopausal women and older adults as well as providing triathlon coaching as a UK British Triathlon coach. Whether your intentions are to lose weight, improve strength, flexibility or fitness, take part in a triathlon or improve your quality of life, I can help you.

I believe that fitness is more than just a physical activity - it's a way of life. That's why my focus is on building long-term relationships with my clients, helping them make sustainable lifestyle changes that promote health, happiness, and wellbeing.
