Services
One to one personal training, one to one Pilates or a combination of both in a private home studio in Paraparaumu Beach, at City Fitness Kāpiti or online. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, get fit, increase strength, improve your posture and flexibility, train for an event or to be fit for life, I can help you. I am a friendly and down to earth trainer with additional qualifications and experience in exercise for older adults and exercise for menopausal women.
