Personalised Programming is ideal if you’re confident training independently but want a clear, structured plan that’s built specifically for you — rather than following generic workouts or guessing what to do next.

Each programme is designed around proven strength principles and adapted to your experience, available equipment, and how your body responds to training.

Personalised Programming is a good fit if you:

  • are comfortable training on your own

  • want structure and direction rather than random workouts

  • are returning to training after a break

  • want a programme that supports your body through midlife changes

  • value quality programming but don’t need weekly coaching sessions

How it works

We begin with a short consultation or intake process to understand your goals, training background, current activity levels, and any injuries or health considerations.

From there, your programme is created using a proven strength framework and adapted specifically to you. Programmes are typically designed to be followed for 6–8 weeks, allowing time for progress and consistency.

This option focuses on providing clarity and structure — without ongoing check-ins or regular coaching sessions.

Important to know

Personalised Programming is best suited to people who are confident exercising independently. It does not include regular accountability check-ins or ongoing coaching support.

If you’re looking for more guidance, feedback, or accountability, Online Coaching with Accountability or 1:1 Personal Training may be a better fit.
